Cute Ways To Pamper Your Cat

January 15, 2022
There are lots of things to love about our feline friends. Kitties are cute, sweet, lovable, and charming, not to mention absolutely hilarious. These little balls of fur definitely have a way of clawing their way into our hearts. Fluffy deserves to be happy, healthy, and safe. But what does it take to really keep that motor going? A Spring Hill, TN vet offers some insight in this article.

Boxes

To be fair, Fluffy would probably be thrilled if you installed a catnip garden, stocked koi pond, and catwalks. However, you don’t have to break the bank to make your kitty happy. Cardboard boxes are one of Fluffy’s favorite things! If you have kids, have them make some box castles for her.

Window Views

Our feline buddies are always much safer staying indoors. However, Fluffy will still enjoy being able to spy on birds and squirrels. Give your furry voyeur a few comfy beds with window views. These may very well become her favorite spots!

Playtime

One reason cats are so much fun is because they’re so playful. Playing isn’t just about entertainment for Fluffy, though. It helps keep her in shape, provides mental stimulation, beats kitty boredom, and lets her release any angst she feels. Take a few minutes a day to hold a laser pointer for your cute little hunter.

Purrniture

Fluffy doesn’t mind ‘making do’ with our beds, sofas, and chairs. However, it’s good for her to have things that were made to suit her needs. Get your kitty at least one good cat tower or pet tent to look unimpressed on.

Toys

It’s great for you to take time to play with Fluffy. However, she’ll also need toys she can use by herself. Change her playthings out regularly to keep things fun for her.

Catnip

No surprises here. Catnip will always be one of Fluffy’s favorite things. Give your furry pal a little pinch every now and then. Remember to refresh the catnip in her toys, too!

Conversation

The best way to pamper your feline overlord is really just to make her feel loved. Pay attention to your furry friend every day! Talk to her, pet her, and let her have lap space.
